What do these terms cover?

These terms cover your use of egretline.com, operated by Sean Williams under the name Egretline Travel, of Tampa, Florida.

Does Egretline Travel sell travel?

No. Egretline Travel connects travelers with independent partner travel advisors, who are registered sellers of travel. Your partner advisor plans and books your trip and handles all payments. Egretline Travel does not sell travel, take payment, or receive any fee for referrals. Any trip is booked by your partner advisor under their own written terms, which they will give you before you pay. Egretline Travel is not a party to that booking.

Can I rely on the travel guides?

Our guides are general information, checked against the sources listed on each page as of the date shown. Rules, fees and schedules change. Always confirm requirements with the official source, your carrier or your advisor before you travel. The guides are not legal, medical or financial advice.

What happens to my trip request?

When you send a request, Egretline Travel shares it with the independent partner advisor we connect you with, so they can contact you. See the privacy policy.

What about supplier rules?

Each cruise line, airline, resort and tour operator has its own terms, including cancellation penalties. Your partner advisor will share those terms before you pay.

What about links to other sites?

We link to government and supplier websites as sources. We are not responsible for their content.

Who owns the site content?

The text, design and logo on this site belong to Sean Williams, doing business as Egretline Travel. Please do not copy them without permission. Short quotations with a link back are welcome.

Which law applies?

The laws of the State of Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
